1. We are interested in wholesale business only.

2. MOQ ( Minimum order quantity) is 1 full catalogue.

3. MOQ full catalogue means that you have to take all the designs of that particular catalogue.

4. (a) To place order you can fill the order form or contact us via call, email and whatsapp on our mentioned numbers.

(b) Once we receive your order an Estimate / Performa invoice will be provided to you.

(c) Your order will be dispatched on the same day or the next working day after receiving the payment.

(d) Goods will reach you within transit time.

(e)  Goods are treated with care and packaged properly at our end. The goods are counted and weighed before handed over to courier company. The customer is required to check the same on receipt of delivery.  If any disparency occurs the customer need to notifies the same to us immediately or with in 24hrs through email at feedback@veetexfabrics.com, so that we can check the same with the courier company.

7. (a) The payment is expected within 24 hrs on receipt of estimate/Performa invoice at the customer's ends.

    (b) In case of delay in payment , we don't guarantee the stocks in hand as per your order.

8 . Warranty:  A defect in goods is an unlikely occurrence, but incase a good is found defective the same will be replaced once the customer notifies us within 1 day of receipt of goods the customer is reliable to return the goods at his own expense following which will promptly replace them.

9. All the prices mentioned on our website are in Indian rupees and the prices does not include any shipping and packaging charges. Any custom, excise duty or any other taxes(if applicable) shall be charged extra.

10. In the event of any wrong information(wrong name or shipping address) provided by you, we do not guarantee the delivery of your shipment. Redirecting / redelivery the shipment shall be charged extra.
